Autimatic Returns to CS:GO

Back in 2021, Autimatic decided to move from CS: GO to Valorant. But in the meantime, he changed his mind once again and decided to come back to CS: GO. The player has joined the roster of one of the largest CS: GO teams and is ready to take over upcoming CS GO matches.

Autimatic’s Return

Timothy “autimatic” Ta transitioned from competitive CS: GO to Valorant in 2021. He participated in various tournaments after moving away from the game, but unfortunately for him, he didn’t win any tournament in the entire year.

Initially, Autimatic wanted to go to Valorant in order to be one of the top players, appearing on leaderboards and having a lot of fans. He thought that this would be the best way to achieve this dream, so he switched to the T1 Valorant squad. Not only did they have a bad performance, but they were also barely able to qualify for most Valorant events.

So, he decided to come back to CS: GO. Autimatic was signed by Evil Geniuses, and this is how he joined the roster of one of the greatest CS GO eSports teams. The announcement regarding autimatic was made one day after the signing of Jacky “Stewie2K” Yip was revealed.
Autimatic took to Twitter to talk about the experience of coming back to eSports CSGO. “[I’m] happy to come back to my first love and excited for this new chapter in my life,” he said on his profile.
Both autimatic and Stewie2k will join the other members, respectively Tsvetelin “CeRq” Dimitrov and Vincent “Brehze” Cayonte. Meanwhile, Damien “maLeK” Marcel will take the role of the team’s coach.
Now, autimatic is expected to be a primary rifler. In his last team, he was an AWPer, but EG already has Tsvetelin “CeRq” Dimitrov as a primary sniper. With this team version, Evil Geniuses may end up becoming one of the top teams CS GO.

Future Evil Geniuses Plans

Evil Geniuses didn’t have the best time in 2021. In fact, their run was disastrous, and they had to stop contending for several large tournaments, some of them being the biggest tournaments in the world. On top of that, they also ended up being eliminated from the PGL Stockholm Major, ending up with a score of 0-3 in the Legends Stage.
So, Evil Geniuses decided to revamp its CS: GO division and sign some new CS GO players to its roster. From the old lineup, the only members that were kept are CeRq and Vincent “Brehze” Cayonte. In order to have someone look over the new project, they brought Damien “maLeK” Marcel as the new coach. He used to be the head coach in G2 previously.
Whether you are a fan of Evil Geniuses or Autimatic, you are most likely excited to see what they have in store for the next CS: GO events. So, make sure to keep an eye on the team and follow their schedule in order to not miss their performance at the largest tournaments.
